Yes. We offer full refunds up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be new, unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories, instruction guides and labels.

CEPA is Clair’s Embossed HEPA filter. We achieved up to 13% better performance than standard HEPA filters by embossing a True H13 HEPA filter, giving the filter more surface area.

Yes! Clair’s air purifier filters up to 99.97% of pollutants including pollen, pet dander, and other allergens to help with both seasonal and pet allergies.

Our air purifiers are all AHAM, ECARF, and CARB certified.

AHAM – The Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM), highly reputable and widely recognized by manufacturers and retailers in the U.S. market, conducts the testing to determine the Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) of our product.

Energy Star – A rating given to products that meet federally mandated guidelines regarding energy efficiency. 

CARB – The California Air Resources Board is the "clean air agency" in the government of California.

FCC - Verifies that the radio frequency emitted is within the approved limits of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

Yes! Our carbon filter traps harmful chemicals, gasses, and odors.

We recommend changing the filter once every 12 months. Our filter replacement alarm will alert you when it is time to change the filter.

Yes! We recommend leaving the air purifier on all the time on Auto mode.

Clair Air Purifier is fully developed and manufactured at our factory in South Korea.

The pre-filter acts as the first line of defense, trapping out bigger particles like pollen, mold, and pet hairs, which in turn prolongs the CEPA filter’s life cycle. The pre-filter is washable by water

The carbon filter is responsible for trapping harmful chemicals, gasses, and odors.
